What
is "reportage" photography ?
Reportage photography is a
very popular
style. It can be
a little
confusing as it seems to have picked up many other
names as well,
some of which
you
may have come across such
as,
candid, natural,
photojournalism,
storybook,
contemporary etc.
Basically
they
all mean the same thing, these pictures are unposed,
catching people
as they are.People
are
generally not looking directly
into the camera.
These
pictures aim to capture the atmosphere
and
emotions of the
day in a "fly on the wall" style.

|
Can I have all reportage pictures ?
If you chose the reportage style to
cover your entire wedding, your
album would
appear as a documentary style from start
to
finish.
If you
wanted the photographer
to be unobtrusive then this is the
style you are
looking for.
